Supervision
Supervision for Counsellors or professionals in the helping field.
I offer reflective and supportive supervision to practitioners working across the mental health field, using the 7-Eyed Model of Supervision (Hawkins & Shohet) as a guiding framework. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in curiosity, helping supervisees explore their work from multiple perspectives.
Supervision with me provides a safe and respectful space to reflect on client work, professional practice, relationships, and the wider systems that influence your role. Using the 7-Eyed Model allows us to look not only at the client and interventions, but also at the practitioner’s experience, the supervisory relationship, and the organisational and cultural context in which the work takes place.
I aim to support both professional development and personal reflection, encouraging insight, ethical awareness, and sustainable practice. My style is warm, non-judgemental, and paced to meet your individual needs, whether you are newly qualified, in training, or an experienced practitioner.
Supervision sessions are focused on reflection, learning, and support, helping practitioners feel more confident, grounded, and connected in their work within the mental health field.
