I am an experienced Psychotherapist who offers a friendly, non-judgmental and safe environment for you to bring the worries that you feel that you need to address. I help you to explore and work through these together with myself - your therapy, your way.

My aim, as a counsellor, is to walk alongside you, as you develop your self-awareness and reconnect with your belief in yourself, discovering new positive ways of being ‘you’ and making choices in your life, with which you are happy and comfortable with. Find out more on the work with me page.

I focus my work on loss and bereavement. Loss comes in many forms including bereavement, loss of self, loss of job, motivation, feeling lonely, life changes and many other areas of life where something may just not feel right for you at the moment.  You may have also had a significant difficult bereavement, and counselling can be a safe place to work through this.

I also provide training to businesses to help develop knowledge, confidence and capacity for company well being and to best support colleagues.
